We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at deedarfootwear@gmail.com or WhatsApp us. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Are any purchases final sale?

Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable. All other regular-priced items are covered by our 7-day return policy. Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page.

When will I get my order?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times:

Karachi: 4-5 working days
Other cities: 5-7 working days

You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.

Standard shipping: Rs 200–300 depending on your city
